Grandma Overview

In Grandma, you wake up in an abandoned hospital and find yourself being chased by a strange old lady. She hears every sound and will not hesitate to hunt you down if you make a sound.

Your mission is to escape this place by moving silently, finding the necessary items, and starting the car to escape.

How to control in Grandma game

• WASD or arrow keys: Use to move the character.
• H key: Hide when the old lady is near.
• C key: Crouch down to make less noise.
• D key: Remove bear traps if you accidentally step on them.
• S key: Start the car to escape.
• E key: Interact with objects, open doors, pick up items...
• O key: Drop the object you are holding.
• Left mouse: Use weapons, shoot when necessary.
